What to Bring
What to bring For your convenience, we provide shower facilities that may be used when receiving spa services. We provide robes, sandals, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo, hair dryers and lockers. Our therapists are extremely professional and discreet, however, for those who prefer undergarments for treatments, we do provide disposable spa underwear or you may bring a bathing suit. Scheduling Appointments Please call (321) 722-2860 for all appointments. We also ask that you arrive at the spa 30 minutes prior to your first spa visit to familiarize yourself with our facility and take advantage of our amenities. For groups of 4 or more, we will add a 18% gratuity to the total for your convenience. We ask that you inform us of any special dietary requirements when booking your spa package, as many packages include a lunch. Cancellation Policy Because spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. 50% of the value of your services will be charged for cancellations 8 hours in advance and full value for no shows. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all packages, due to the length of these appointments. All cancellations made within the 48 hours or no shows will be charged at full value. Security Essentials Provides lockers to lock away your personal belongings, however, we recommend that you do not bring valuable jewelry or belongings to the spa. This establishment cannot assume any responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Children We ask as a courtesy to our other guests that children under 12 remain in the comfort of your home. We do provide facials and manicures to children ages 12 and above. |
